Exchange Policy (Online Purchases)

If you wish to exchange an item, you can choose from two convenient options within 15 days of purchase:

Option 1: Exchange from Home

Our courier partners will collect and replace the items right at your doorstep. This service is available for a fee of Rs. 200/-.

To proceed, please follow these steps:

  2. Attach a mobile video of the old product showing the tags intact and the item in its original condition.

Option 2: Exchange at Our Address

This service is free of charge. Simply send or drop off the product(s) along with the original receipt, tags attached/uncut, and the original packaging to the following address:

After inspection, our team will dispatch the replacement product.

Important Notes:

  • Please check the availability of the desired items and sizes on our website www.theoxfordrepublic.com before proceeding with the exchange.
  • Items that have already been exchanged are not eligible for further exchanges or returns.
  • Items purchased at full price will be exchanged at the current price only.

Return for a Refund (Online Purchases)

We are confident in the quality of our products and want you to feel the same. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 15 days with no questions asked.

To initiate a return for a refund, please:

  1. Send the item(s) with the original receipt, tags attached/uncut, and the original packaging to our address:
