EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy

  • o   All sales are final. No refunds.
  • o   You can exchange your purchase within 15 days when accompanied by the original sales receipt and original OXR packaging.
  • o   Merchandise can only be exchanged if it is not used, altered, washed, or damaged, and must have all original tags attached.
  • o   Your exchange can be coordinated via email at support@theoxfordrepublic.com or by calling us at +92-345-3477353-OXR between 10am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday.
  • o   In case of a markdown in price due to sales promotions, customers are only eligible to make an exchange against the new, marked-down price.
  • o   Used or misused items will not be eligible for exchange.
  • o   You can make a claim for damaged merchandise within 3 days of purchase. If bought online, damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • o   Claims and exchanges may take up to 3 weeks to be processed.
  • o   No exchange can be made during sales or promotion periods.
  • o   Products on promotion are not eligible for exchange.
  • o   All accessories, including jewelry, undergarments, bags, sunglasses, fragrances, and belts, are not exchangeable.
